Thomas "TJ" Finley

T. J. brings more than ten years of successful experience as a licensed real estate professional
specializing in commercial sales and leasing, multifamily properties, and land development. His
addition to Dwell Real Estate (Dwell RE) strengthens the firm’s capabilities as it expands its real
estate offerings and positions itself for continued growth in the regional commercial real estate
market.
With a strong emphasis on listening to and understanding his clients’ objectives, T. J. develops tailored strategies to maximize their time, identify opportunities, and achieve their desired outcomes. His proven track record of managing complex, multidimensional projects from conception through completion reflects a broad range of experience and a results-oriented approach.
Before entering the real estate profession, T. J. held several senior executive leadership positions, including CEO of a medical device development company, President of a national industrial and commercial development company, and Director of Risk Management for Pennsylvania’s largest workers’ compensation insurance carrier. This diverse background brings a valuable combination of business acumen, development expertise, and risk management experience to his real estate practice.
T. J. resides in Scranton’s East Mountain section with his wife. Together, they have three adult children and four grandchildren.
