Testimonials

"This is the third house that Nell has sold for us over the last 4 years and as usual, handled the showings and negotiations with the professionalism we've come to expect. She's also helped us buy two houses in Scranton, one of which was a particularly difficult purchase which required delicate handling. I highly recommend putting your property in her hands." Carol Deeley, Scranton

We happily purchased a home that we love in our desired neighborhood. We highly recommend Mari Noel and Dwell!” Dr. JoyAnna Hopper, Scranton

“Nell was born to do this job and combines detailed local market expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills that earn the hearts of her clients. We bid on a house a few years ago that we thought was our dream house, but we lost out to a higher bidder. We were heartbroken for a very long time, but Nell reassured us that something better would come along, even though we had doubts. One year later, she reached out to tell us about a house that was coming on the market. When we saw it, it turned out it was better for us in so many more ways than the ‘dream’ house. We were able to buy it and have been grateful ever since. We also sold our previous house in short time because Nell worked with us to come up with an optimistic yet reasonable list price and gave us great staging advice. Truly a pleasure to work with!” D. Bosley

“Nell was our buyer’s agent as we looked for our first home. She understood what we wanted better than we did and convinced us to look at a home that we originally wrote off. Guess what? We bought it. She was excellent at walking us through the entire process from start to finish. The seller’s agent was…less responsive than one might like in a real estate transaction. But Nell took it in stride and made sure everything stayed on track. I’d highly recommend Nell.” Nick Semon

"I worked with Andrew Beck after he helped a friend of mine buy his first home with little to no issues. I had a very similar experience when I used Andrew to sell my home. Andrew was extremely responsive with the entire process addressing any questions or concerns I had along the way, which was a lot since is the first time I have ever sold a home. Andre even went out of his way to loan my family a dehumidifier as mine stopped working in the middle of the selling process. The entire process flew by, Andrew handled all showings and all we had to do was let him know what times worked for us, he handled ol of the other details and we ended up with several offers after a single week (all of which were broken down and explained to us by Andrew very thoroughly before chose which one to go with). All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Andrew to anyone who is considering selling or purchasing a home! " Chris Cascioli

After our first round of visits she was great in guiding us towards the neighborhoods and homes that we would like and she was extremely knowledgeable of the area. She had a wonderful array of contacts to assist us in the purchase process and always got back to us immediately. I would highly recommend Nell to anyone who is looking for a home in this area.” J. Valic
