Nalla Lake isn't simply a home. It's the kind of place people spend years trying to find.Welcome to the FIRST home ever offered at Nalla Lake: a never-before-occupied, new-construction lakefront home at the gateway to Pennsylvania's Endless Mountains.Only 5 homes are planned across this 100+ acre private property, centered around a 40-acre lake stocked with over 100K of aquatic life. Owners also enjoy access to trails, ponds and a private shooting range. It feels completely removed from everyday life, yet it's minutes from I-81, shopping, fine dining, skiing, golf and more.Recently featured on national television, the home was designed around the lake. Expansive black-framed glass captures water and woodland views, while soaring ceilings and natural materials bring warmth to the contemporary architecture.Inside, custom rift-cut oak cabinetry, substantial quartz countertops, a waterfall island and premium appliances anchor the kitchen. Engineered hickory flooring, custom millwork, marble accents, frameless glass showers and a heated owner's bath floor continue throughout.Covered lakefront living areas, a secondary entertaining kitchen and infrastructure for a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and smart-home technology make the outdoors as usable as the home itself.Seller is offering a 50,000 credit toward an approved pool, hardscape, landscaping and/or other improvements sought - and he will gladly do the work for you. This gives the buyer the ability to finish the property around how they want to use it. Conceptual renderings show some of what could be done. This is Nalla Lake: privacy, water, acreage and only five opportunities to call it home.
